Gifted and Talented Identification Process

The annual identification process of gifted and talented students will open soon. This will be for rising 6th graders. 

The 2024 GT Referral is an online referral process; the online referral link will open on February 18th and close on March 6th at 4:00 p.m.  

Testing is on March18th-March 20th after school at Eubanks Intermediate. Detailed information will be sent to those registered after the referral deadline. 

Students will be assessed initially using the CogAT and ITBS tests. There are no preparation materials available for these assessments.

Please note: GT testing for current CISD students is for possible GT placement only and has no bearing on math placement.
